O fim da década de 80 foi marcada pelo início da democracia, porém ainda por muitos anos as coisas não mudaram de uma vez, e uma delas era a “Reserva de Mercado” de computadores.

Como dizia Einstein “O ser humano é indolente“, ou seja, ele só se desenvolve por motivação ! se a motivação ele se debruça na tolerância das coisas, e por isto mesmo nunca tivemos um computador 100% nacional com qualidade internacional, para que qualidade ? se nosso concorrente não pode entrar .. não é mesmo ?

 

Então acontecia o seguinte fenômeno neste ambiente: Algumas empresas importavam peças usando a famosa corrupção Brasileira, e os computadores eram montados como se fossem nacional; a outra opção era empresa como a COBRA (Computadores Brasileiros), que resolveu fazer o máximo possível de projeto tupiniquin, o resultado disto era que os computadores da COBRA pesavam o dobro dos “nacionais” falsos, e custavam o dobro do preço.

 

O governo Collor no inicio dos anos 90 acabou com a reserva de mercado, e outro problema ocorreu, todas empresas que fabricam PCs, mesmo os “falsos nacionais” foram a falência ! e nada mais se desenvolveu 100% Nacional após isto …

 

Este fenômeno aconteceu no mundo todo ! mas há um problema adicional nisto tudo, – IMPOSTOS – , os impostos faz a pesquisa, essência para tecnologia 100% nacional ser possivel, algo impossível na verdade … uma equipe de engenheiros custa caro a uma empresa, e se considerar que eles estariam pesquisando até produzir algo para vender … e considerando que seus salários pesam muito devido as taxas do governo, ninguém aguenta realmente ! as empresas preferem sempre importar algo “de fora”.

 

O governo federal esta adotando o mesmo sistema no setor de segurança, ele rebola, xinga, grita, protesta ! inútil ! ninguém vai parar ! somente existem 2 caminhos para que a segurança digital se estabelece de forma sólida no Brasil como é nos países desenvolvidos: Possibilitar que a pesquisa em segurança seja algo viável ! e isto só vai acontecer se isto não custar tão caro as empresas.

 

O sonho do governo é gerenciar o Brasil como se fosse a Matrix ( do filme ), onde ele possa controlar absolutamente tudo, sem nenhuma ingerência externa ! nãos somos a Matrix, e por enquanto sempre seremos o quintal do primeiro mundo, e isto não ocorre porque eles são maus, mas porque nós não temos como lutar e se igualar.
